Depends on what type of exclusives you like Andy, and controller preference. But I would personally say PS4.

Last gen I went for the 360 so part of me makes me think maybe I should stay with xbox, but I'm not sure which is. Actually better and which has the best line up of games?

I was 360 last gen. But after Microsofts shocking e3 and their always on and no sharing etc etc I went straight to ps4. The only thing they looks good to me on xbone is Halo 5.
